Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our tradeline services.

What is a tradeline?

A tradeline is any credit account that appears on your credit report — such as a credit card, mortgage, or auto loan. When you are added as an authorized user to someone else's credit card, that account (tradeline) is reported to the credit bureaus and may appear on your credit report, potentially improving your credit profile.

How does an authorized user tradeline work?

You are temporarily added as an authorized user to a credit card account with a strong history — low utilization, on-time payments, and age. The account then reports to the credit bureaus under your name during the reporting period. After two billing cycles, you are removed. You never receive a physical card and have no access to the account.

Will I receive a credit card?

No. You are added as an authorized user only. You will not receive a physical card, login credentials, or any access to the account. The sole purpose is for the account history to reflect on your credit report.

How long does the tradeline stay on my credit report?

You will remain as an authorized user for 2 monthly reporting cycles. After that you are removed from the account. However, the account history may remain visible on your credit report for an extended period depending on the credit bureaus.

What is Smart Matching?

Smart Matching is our free tool that helps you find the best tradeline for your credit profile. Enter your credit scores from all 3 bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion), your primary goal, max budget, and current utilization — and the system will instantly recommend the top 6 tradelines suited to your situation.

Is Smart Matching guaranteed to improve my credit score?

No. Smart Matching provides personalized suggestions based on your inputs for informational purposes only. Individual credit profile outcomes may vary. We guarantee that you will remain on the card as an authorized user for 2 monthly reporting cycles, but we cannot guarantee any specific impact on your credit score.

What documents do I need to place an order?

You will need to upload a government-issued photo ID (driver's license) and your Social Security card for the authorized user. If the person paying is different from the authorized user, an additional ID for the billing party is required. Lastly, your uploads are secure, and never stored.

What is the purchase deadline?

Each tradeline has a purchase deadline — the last date by which you must complete your order to be included in the current reporting cycle. If you miss the deadline, you will need to wait for the next available cycle or select a different tradeline.

What is the reporting period?

The reporting period is the window of time during which the tradeline will be reported to the credit bureaus. Each tradeline lists its reporting period so you know exactly when to expect the account to appear on your report.

Do I need to remove fraud alerts or credit freezes?

YES! Any active fraud alerts or credit freezes must be removed from all three credit bureaus before placing your order. If a freeze or alert is in place, the tradeline will not post and refunds will not be issued.

How do I check my order status?

Visit the Order Status page and enter your email address and order number. You can track your order through Pending, Processing, and Completed stages at any time.

What is your refund policy?

All fees are non-refundable once paid, unless a non-posting occurs. If your tradeline does not post to at least two credit bureaus within the reporting period, you are eligible for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 21 days of the expected posting date.

What is store credit?

Store credit is a balance issued to your account that can be applied toward a future tradeline purchase. If you are issued store credit, it will appear automatically at checkout and can be fully or partially applied to reduce the total cost of your next order. Purchasing store credit via bank wire or Zelle is the fastest way to fund your account to purchase tradelines. With this method, we will generally receive your funds within one business day. A minimum of $50 is required to initiate store credit.

Will you be able to send a list of updated tradelines?

The list of tradelines on our website is automatically updated in real time, 24/7/365. Everything you see on our website is available at the current moment with the exception being if another customer already has that same tradeline in their cart and it was the last available spot. In that case, the website is programmed to give priority to the first person who had the tradeline in their cart. Also, keep in mind that some tradelines are always in extremely high demand and often sell out very quickly, so it is important to be able to recognize which ones will sell fast in case that happens to be one of the tradelines you are interested in. The ones that tend to sell very quickly are usually the ones with very high limits combined with significant age. That inventory is highly sought-after and often disappears from our list very fast.

What should I expect after purchase?

When you complete the order process on our website, you will immediately receive a confirmation email of your order. Keep that email handy because it will show all the details of each tradeline you purchased, including the reporting period for each one. Please note that you must purchase each tradeline by the purchase deadline in order for us to guarantee that it will post during the next reporting period. Once your order is placed there is nothing else for you to do but simply wait for the reporting period to pass. We guarantee that the tradeline will post by the last day in the reporting period or we will issue a full money-back refund. Since this process of adding you to a tradeline is completed in one step, you will not receive any status updates beyond your confirmation email. The final step is waiting for your tradeline to post.
